Young show jumper Lauren Hester returns to the States after advancing her Olympic quest in Europe.

To further her dreams of one day representing the United States in the Olympics, American Lauren Hester had relocated from Rancho Santa Fe, to the tiny town of Baarlo in the Netherlands. Beginning in April of 2013, Lauren and her horses were housed with Stal Hendrix, where she would be working with Emile Hendrix.

Pacific Indoor EventingThe Pacific Indoor Eventing Series got off to a great start Oct. 11 in Sycamore Stables' big covered arena in San Juan Capistrano. The day saw 220 jumping rounds completed, by eventers and hunter/jumper riders, from Sycamore and surrounding stables and a great time was had by all.

Sonoma Horse Park will conclude its fifth season with the $20,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby presented by Devoucoux. The competition will take place on Friday, Sept. 19, during the SHP Season Finale, which has been upgraded to an AA rating.
