Peggy Fackrell is semi-retiring and Brian “Milky” Wallace is the new owner/manager of the Beach Party. Nothing will change and Brian will be terrific to carry it on.
The Halloween Championship show will now be owned and produced by Murieta Equestrian Center, and they plan to keep it status quo. Peggy will continue to Judge, announce, and assist Brookside with the 4 wonderful shows they will be giving you. All of the shows will be approved by USHJA Outreach and SAHJA. Lorraine Smith has agreed to stay as the wonderful show secretary she is. PCHA and CPHA will also approve most of the events. All of these shows will be the kind of events you will not want to miss!
A word from Peggy, “I want to thank everyone for your support of Let’s Show all these years. You are magnificent exhibitors and Let’s Show only did what it could because of your enthusiasm. I am so honored by all of the wonderful wishes for my semi-retirement. I cannot begin to tell you all what it means to me, to know that all of you understood what I wanted to accomplish with Let’s Show…”JUST HAVE FUN!” with the most wonderful animal in the whole world. And YOU ALL made it happen! We had great competitions with everybody cheering everybody on and truly enjoying time with friends and family! And I like to think that we produced something that so many people could be a part of.
Now onward to 2024. I ask you please to support Brian as much as possible. He is now the Father of approx. 500 Flamingos he must feed and care for.
I need to thank my wonderful partner Brookside Equestrian, and all the great people who worked so hard to make everything the best it could be for all of you.
This year brings a great schedule of shows for YOU. Hunter Derbies, Jumper Derbies, 4 Bar classes, Equitation specials. Great food, great prizes. And don’t forget the swimming pool! And the series competition, Lorraine Smith Pleasure Series, Andrea Barbee and Muriel Gill Jumper Series. Something for everybody.
Again, thank you all so very, very much, for your support of Let’s Show.
Keep on loving those wonderful horses.
Love you all,
the Queen Flamingo.
