BWP Stallion Jaguar Van Paemel has many offspring successfully showing at the Grand Prix Level with more sure to follow.

More and more of Jaguar Van Paemel’s offspring are moving up the levels and bringing home top prizes in the show jumping world. The enthusiasm for Jaguar’s offspring continues to grow, as breeder after breeder is thrilled with their foals from the stunning BWP stallion! The young horses in the show ring have owners and riders worldwide who continue to rave about their athleticism, trainability, and wonderful temperaments.
Last November, in her first outing at the Paso Robles Horse Park Grand Prix, Farina Eichorn placed 9th with her Jaguar son Judgment Day Van Ten Bos Z as their partnership looks bright. In her Instagram post, Eichron stated, “To place 9th in our first GP was special, but before that, we had another truly special moment, riding our first welcome Class as one of the last Riders and being the first one to go clear. Turn up the Volume!”
In Europe, seven-year-old Jazira Van Paemel Z (Jaguar van Paemel x Numero Uno) is doing great with Andres Vereecke of Belgium.
Hunter Jumper trainer Kristin Hardin and her son Zacko also have foals by Jaguar. Kristin said this about Jaguar, “He’s very correct he has a really good mind and a very powerful hind end so he has a good cross for anyone looking for a high-level show jumper. I bred him to mares that had a lot of blood and were very sharp in front but needed some more power from behind. For that desired power, I chose Jaguar.”
Featured on the cover this month is Alex Bidwell, competing on the Jaguar daughter, J’adore Van Paemel Z. Many breeders love the athleticism, temperament, and rideability that Jaguar’s offspring all have.
Hope shared with us, “Parachute Z’s barn name is ‘Maple,’ and she is very sweet around the barn, but when she goes in the ring she’s spicy! She wants to be the winner as she is very brave, scopey, and fast. We are very excited to move Avery up into the Grand Prix ring by the end of summer. We love her.”
“Jaguar van Paemel now has well over 150 foals which live all over the world. He has four approved stallion sons and many AHS Gold Medal foal winners, Westfalen premium foals, and BWP elite prospects coming. His foals have also been registered with Zangershied and AES. There isn’t a registry that wants to exclude Jaguar! It’s just hard to keep track of all these details to keep up with his kids!”

Shane Sweetnam and Nations Cup debutant Otis Blue jumped clear for Ireland in round one over the huge 1.65m course.
Excerpt from Horse and Hound: “I’m so proud and honored to work with these guys and they put in an incredible performance,” said Michael, with Ireland now clear at the top of the standings at the halfway point in the LLN series. “The other nine nations – who make up the top 10 in the world rankings – sent their best to Ocala and we saw them off in style. There is no room for error in the League of Nations and my lads showed that they thrive on that pressure.”
“I am over the moon,” Cian said: “What a day to be Irish. We’ve been working towards this for some months, and I feel privileged to ride alongside these great guys. The team is building great momentum with this win following our recent win in Wellington [four-star Nations Cup]. You can only deliver when last to go if the team has done their job, and my job was easy riding with these three guys, they had amazing clear rounds and they set the whole thing up for me!”
Daniel summed it up, “I’ve jumped lots of double clears with Legacy before but this is that bit more special. It feels like I’ve been getting Legacy ready for five years for a night like this. Otis Blue is new to this level and Shane credited this “very talented horse. “We got the job done and got us into a good position for the second round,” he said.
