Carmel Valley CDS chapter beats summer heat with stick-horse race at fun schooling show.

The Carmel Valley Chapter of the California Dressage Society (CV CDS) has several traditional events each year—a tack swap, a Summer BBQ and a Holiday Party.

This year the Summer BBQ was held on Sunday, July 9 at the Carmel Valley Trail and Saddle Club.  The day started with a well-attended schooling show.  Board member Bea di Grazia judged the show and many members participated.  The BBQ followed the show.  Co-Chair Susan Baxter organized games including the super fun stick horse race.

The chapter welcomes nearby dressage enthusiasts to come join the fun in Carmel Valley at future events.  If interested, please join the California Dressage Society and select the Carmel Valley Chapter as your chapter designation.
