HITS National Sunshine Series II
Nov. 4-8 in Thermal

Originally designed as “boutique” show, this newbie has grown up fast, hosting a CSI-5* jumping class in only its second season. Schedule-wise, it snugs right into the series of big jumping classes that are part of the Longines FEI World Cup™ jumping, along with early October’s Longines  LA Masters.

Expect big names and intense competition for the $350,000 in prize money on offer for the big Sunday class.

Las Vegas National
Nov. 11-15 in Las Vegas

The fifth of seven Longines FEI North American World Cup™ qualifiers on the West Coast is the marquee event of the Las Vegas National. The standings will really be shaping up at this point and a good placing here could be pivotal. Plus, it’s another chance to see our West Coast favorites go head to head with the cadre of top East Coast and foreign riders who’ve spent their fall in California to hit our super exciting show jumping circuit.

There’s lots more exciting action at this show. Three rounds of WCE equitation finals start Friday and end Saturday, right before the World Cup qualifier. Plus the NAL finals for hunters and jumpers in various age divisions take place on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

The $30,000 Markel Insurance 1.40m Grand Prix Series Finals should also be great when it kicks off the show Thursday afternoon. With riders earning points and going for a total of $300,000 in prize money through Blenheim EquiSports’ 13 shows through the year, Josephina Nor was leading the standings, followed by Nathalie Manning, Eduardo Menezes, Nayel Nassar and Eduardo Sanchez Navarro.

It all happens at the South Pointe Hotel and Casino, where the equestrian venue is part of the complex. For tickets and more information, visit
